1) Log in to your ISP Management account by clicking here.

**Important Notes**

If your current password is shorter than 6 characters long, please add 1's to the end of your password until it reaches 6 characters (For example, if your current password is 'blue', please type in 'blue11' for your password).

Also, if your username currently includes an underscore (_), please use a dash (-) in place of the underscore when logging in.  You will still receive all email being sent to your original email address with the underscore character.

2) Click settings at the top right of the page that appears.

3) Click Forwarding and POP in the orange Mail Settings box.



4) Select Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on.

5) Choose the action you'd like your ISP Management messages to take after they are accessed with POP.

6) Click on 'Save Changes'.

7) Open your Outlook Express email program.

8) Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Accounts...'



9) Click 'Add,' and then click 'Mail...'

**Note**
Do not remove your current account from this screen, as you will need to have this account in Outlook Express until the change over occurs on February 1st.



10) Enter your name in the 'Display name:' field, and click 'Next.'



11) Enter your full email address (username@ispmgt.com) in the 'Email address:' field, and click 'Next.'



12) Enter 'pop.gmail.com' in the 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:' field. Enter 'smtp.gmail.com' in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field, then click 'Next.'



13) Enter your ISP username (Be certain to include '@ispmgt.com' after your username.  If you use another domain, such as 'rural-net.com' or 'nethawk.com' when giving out your email to others, your email address will not be changed by this, but you will have to use '@ispmgt.com' in your username for this step) in the 'Account name:' field. Enter your Gmail password in the 'Password:' field, and click 'Next.'

14)  Click 'Finish.'
15) Highlight 'pop.gmail.com' under 'Account,' and click 'Properties.'
16) Click the 'Advanced' tab.
17) Check the box next to 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL)' under 'Outgoing Mail (SMTP).'
18) Enter '465' in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP):' field.
19) Check the box next to 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL)' under 'Incoming mail (POP3).' The port will change to 995.
*The order of 'Outgoing' and 'Incoming' mail server fields varies by version. Make sure you enter the correct information in each field.



20) Click the 'Servers' tab, and check the box next to 'My server requires authentication.'



21) Click 'OK.'

Congratulations!  Your ISP Management account is now setup for Outlook Express.
